For the safety of our customers and staff, we are suspending any returns or exchanges as we cannot guarantee the safety of the product(s) once they leave our stores.

For ONLINE RETURNS
If for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, we will gladly accept return within 30 days of purchase.
- You must have the original WANDER receipt.
- Item(s) being returned must be unused, in original packaging, and in same condition as when purchased.
- All sales are final on clearance items and body jewelry.
- Refund will be issued to the method of payment used at purchase.
For items that are defective or damaged
Please contact us at email@example.com or call 604 253 1711 everyday from 11am - 7pm PST so we can figure out what happened and solve the problem.
If the problem was our mistake, (the product was shipped in
damaged/unusable condition or the wrong item or quantity of
items were shipped), Wander will accept responsibility and
ship the proper item(s) at our cost. If we need to take the
damaged item back, we will send you a return label and your
corrected order will be shipped once damaged item is received
back by us. Upon receipt of the return label, you can send the damaged or otherwise not usable item(s) back to us free of charge.
Note: Damaged items exchanged for identical items only. Size,
color and style cannot be changed.
**If your package is lost, stolen or received damaged through shipping we will file a claim with our carrier and work with you to replace the package or damaged item(s).
How do I return a product?
To return any item(s), please pack it , including the original receipt and send the item postage paid to

The customer is responsible for shipping their items back to Wander.
How will my refund be calculated?
Wander will refund the full purchase price less the cost of shipping. If the returned item(s) causes the original order subtotal to fall below the free shipping threshold, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount
When will I receive my Refund or Store Credit?
Once the items are received by Wander, your return
should be processed in 1-3 business days.
If you are making an exchange your new items should
ship in 3-5 business days.
We will be issue a Refund to the original method of payment.
For STORE RETURNS
We are happy to issue a full refund in store for any items returned with your purchase receipt within 15 days of purchase. The item(s) must be in the same condition you purchased them in and in the original undamaged packaging. If item is returned past the 15 days period, a store credit will be issued instead.
Items returned with a gift receipt will be given store credit for the value of the returned items.
