Thank you for visiting Wander

Wander started at music festivals, selling clothing and jewelry out of a booth and meeting people one conversation at a time.

In 2010 we opened a small shop in BC, and for 15 years it became a place where people could come in, look around, and usually find something a little different.

In 2025 the store closed after a renoviction, and Wander moved online. The space is gone, but the idea is the same.

We carry clothing, jewelry, and a few other pieces sourced mostly from Southeast Asia — especially Thailand, Indonesia, and India. Many of the items are made in small runs by independent makers and small workshops.

Whenever possible, we work directly with the people making the pieces. Supporting small makers matters to us, and we try to keep those relationships simple and fair.

The things you’ll find here aren’t meant to sit in a closet waiting for a special occasion. They’re the kind of pieces you can just throw on and wear — a bit of color, a bit of character.
